While looking back over my worksheets before moving on to Lean- I noticed I increased the amount I was lifting in quite a few exercises except Push 2. I found that kinda of strange.... In several exercises I could've used weights I don't have like 12 or 17 pounds...wish I could afford those adjustable weights!! Anyone else noticed certain exercises that they didn't seem to increase?

I haven't done push yet but I have noticed that during burn 3, I can't seem to increase on the lateral raises without compromising form. My hands always get higher than my elbows! Maybe I'm not doing them right.
As for weight increments, perhaps try wearing 2lb wrist weights.0 -
Flys and Raises seem to be where I have the most trouble increasing without form breaking...I'll just keep plugging along. Wrist weights are a good idea.

LOL Angie I just did Burn 1 today and the flies gave me trouble too. I am such a wimp in my arms0

That is a strange one. I didn't see that but I have a power block that is similar to what she uses so the increments may be easier to handle. I can't explain this one...0

I find that I have the hardest time with shoulder exercises. With lower body I cap off at 25 lbs each side because otherwise my quads get too big. I'm trying to find the happy medium where I reach failure but don't have Arnold Schwarzenegger legs. Last time I did CE I was doing about 40 lbs each side for squats.0 -

I did Push 2 today and felt some of my weights were too light, but also knew going up 5lbs was not going to cut it. Going to add my wrist weights next week. Did you find they helped?0 -

I never did buy any...I think I'm gonna save up for the adjustable weights.

I just did Push 1 today and added my 2lb weighted gloves as I don`t have heavy enough weights, man it made it tough enough!0
