Vegetables.

Seriously though. I see a lot of people are good at getting their fruits in and their protein.... but they try to avoid eating vegetables. Post how many servings of yummy veggies you ate here everyday.

I had 4 cups of sweet baby lettuce... lol.. sounds impressive... only 1 1/3 servings! haha. *sigh* I'll do better tomorrow! I can't help it's all so filling.0

I think we should do this by the cup, instead of the "serving". It's just too hard to figure up what a "serving" is as different nutrition sites have different numbers for what a serving size is. What do you guys think? By the cup? Cup of broccoli, cup of shredded lettuce, cup of peas, cup of mushrooms, etc? Would that be fair? OR would you guys rather we do it by the weight (oz, gram)? I don't know, you pick, hun. You're the winner of last week's challenge so you pick.I'll be happy to do serving size if you really want, I'll just have to try and find a decent site that lists serving sizes. lol Let me know! *hugs*
