    Friday 27th January - 164lbs - BMI 24.2 - my first major goal achieved - HEALTHY BMI!!! wooohoooo

    Major goal #2 -40lb = 154lb (BMI 22.7) - middle of healthy BMI range

    (EDIT: wont be weighing in next friday as on holiday for a week)
