                    So I am just starting low carb and am planning on sticking to 50g of carbs a day to see how my body copes with that.What do you do and what works for you?

            My dietitian put me on this:
 45 carbs Breakfast
 30 carbs Snack
 45 carbs Lunch
 30 carbs Snack
 45 carbs Dinner
 30 carbs Snack
 It helps stabilize my insulin levels and hormone levels. I have to eat a protein with a carb, to help my body digest and use them the right way. It's only 15 carbs more each one than they will give you when you get pregnant. Trust me, I went through this 2 years ago.0

 No problem. I'd rather give a healthy doctor approved low carb diet out than someone cutting out everything, and then getting frustrated cause they aren't ovulating.0
