How far along have you gotten with planning for your big day? How long until your wedding? Checklist?

I have 269 days to go! My wedding is Oct 20, 2012.
I have my preacher, photographer, and I know where I want it to be...
I have a weightloss goal of 45-50 lbs. Would like to lose 30 before getting my dress.

What about everyone else?

    We have everything booked and now were just at the point of paying everyone.We get married on Dec 8 2012...haven't a clue how many days away it is lol.Im wanting to lose 24lbs not just for my wedding though,its just in general. x
