I will soon be starting P90 workout. Anyone have any suggestions for a newbie?

I just started it, on day 3! Drink lots of water through out the day, take a multivitamin if possible, and have a protein shake after your workouts (since you workout everyday). Go at your own pace, listen to your body! You'll get stronger & have better endurance as you go! Don't give up!0
