Can I stay longer on the Ignite phase?

Hi!

I'm just about to finish week 2 of the ignite phase and I am feeling great! I lost 8 lbs so far and I'm motivated to keep it up. I had a question though. I'm looking to ultimately lose more than 2 sizes, more like 4 sizes. Should I stay on the ignite phase longer (for example, 6 weeks instead of 3) and longer on the melt phase? Or should I just do the 6 week plan and at the end start it over again and keep on repeating until I reach my goal?
