For those who would like for me to keep a record of your stats, please post your current weight, chest, waist and hips measurements below. After each month, I will again ask you for your 30 day results and record it as well. I will then post our results so that everyone can see how each and everyone of us are doing. And PLEASE don't feel like you're obligated to give me your information. I'm hoping that by doing this, it will give us a bit more motivation seeing each others results each month. I've had a very busy weekend and have not weighed or taken my own measurements. I will do so tomorrow. Take care and good luck tomorrow!
