Hello Shredders!
Don't forget today is weigh-in and measurement day!! And for those of you still going, the first four weeks are DONE! Yahoo!! Only 5 more weeks to go! Just about halfway there!! Keep it up everybody!! Don't quit now!! This week, we will officially be halfway there!!
So, on to the results from last week, SO Sorry I am just now getting the results posted!! The week has been so crazy, then on top of the craziness I ended up getting sick. :grumble: I'm not happy about it, but I am starting to feel a little better today and I did manage to get in 30DS 3 times last week before the sickness got me, which was two more times than last week, so I was happy about that. Hopefully I'll be feeling well enough to get back to shredding tomorrow, I'm starting to miss Jillian a little  Anyways, here are the results from this week... I did not do total to date since the next set of measurements are already starting to post, I'll just do the totals to date on the next one (which I promise will be before next Monday!!)

Yeah, I made the list, lol! Congratulations to everyone . I'm still on level 2. I think I may need to do this one a bit longer.0

Thanks for taking the time to do this!!!!!!!!
I have done Level 3 for a total of about 6 days, and some moves are much easier, and some I know I will never be able to do like Natalie! I was scared to try it, but it's really not too bad...
I may have to take a break from Jillian. I have done the 30DS EVERY DAY since we started up until last Friday, and am seriously sick of her! I couldn't even push Play on the remote. It makes me grumpy and not even want to workout, whereas I look forward to my other workouts. I may take a break for a while - at least I completed 28 days... I may be back, because you do see results!!
Right now, I just don't want to get burnt out on exercise, because I am finally feeling stronger!

I have done one day so far of level 3. I found myself not only having to do the "easy" versions of several things, but some I had to substitute something completely different. I have bad knees and a lot of the moves are really high impact/hard on my knees. I am actually debating whether I should just do what I can and substitute what I can't, or skip level 3 entirely and just alternate 1 and 2 for the rest of the time. There were a lot fewer things I couldn't do on those two levels. Plus, I seemed to only lose weight and inches on level 1. I gained two weeks in a row on level 2! So today I just went to the gym since I couldn't decide. :-)0

Wow! I'm glad I'm not the only one! I've gone back to level 1 because of my knees. Some of the exercises on level 2 have really weakened my right knee - I think it was the twisty jumps. The skater movements were cool, but I can't do the twistys. Maybe I'll just have to do jumping jacks at that point and try it again. That's one of the reasons I've not done it as many times as I wanted to this last week. Trying to give my knees a chance to get over their problem. Haven't even dared to look at level 3 yet... maybe tomorrow - LOL!!0

I think the twisty things on level 2 might have caused me some problems too. I had to take 2 days off a couple times but was doing ok if I was careful (and only doing Anita's version). But it seemed like several things on level 3 could cause new problems. And even the modified versions were pretty high impact. I did jumping jacks or just kind of jogged in place instead. I had tendonitis in my right knee a couple years ago and it took months and months to heal. It has never been quite the same either. (My knees have been bad since I was a kid.) Now my left knee is a little off. I am afraid of injuring myself and not being able to work out at all. My doctor told me the elliptical was good for low impact, but I truly hate that thing! Lol. Maybe I will try level 3 one more time, and if it still seems hard on the knees I will just stick with the other two. Good luck with level 3 and hopefully you have tougher knees than me!0

I'm going to put my measurements in in the morning!! I Completely forgot about it until now, and at this point I'm depressed because I'm having a "fat day" haha... So I didn't give up, just running behind.0

I also think I'm gonna take a slight break from doing the same 'ol, same 'ol....I need to try to mix it up a bit as no weight came off this week and no measurement changes....:embarassed: Maybe I'll throw some Bob on top of Jillian and mix it up...:blushing: lol exercise, not literally!0

Have any of you tried 6 week 6 pack yet?? I did it right after 30DS on Friday and it was a nice change of pace! Also, I've been muting the tv and playing my own music which makes 30DS MUCH easier to get through! I think having my own music pump me up gives me a better workout, too! win win!0

Super late... and I"m not doing the shred. But 3 pounds down - from 184 to 181. No inches so far : )0

I have been away with work for almost a week, so haven't been checking in here regularly (although still trying to keep on track with diet and exercise - managed 30DS 3 times last week!) Anyway, I hadn't seen the results from last week and I was delighted to see I'd tied in 1st place! WOW! ME?!!! What en encouragement! This week wasn't as good, but at least I got a 0.9 lb loss (and before this new lifestyle last week would DEFINITELY have meant a gain - so I am delighted!) I am sticking on level 2 for another week I think. I am just beginning to be able to get through it well, so will give myself another week at this level before I go on to level 3. I still like the workout (but I have muted Jillian on the last 2 occasions :-) )0
