How many calories?!
How many calories are you ladies consuming? I’m active at my job & workout 3-5 times a week! I’ve been at 1,485 but MFP suggests me going to 1,700 & since my weight has been stalling & I’ve been low energy & feeling restricted & tempted to binge I think I might try increasing! Thoughts?

Has anyone done it? I'm looking at the plan and it looks do-able...except for the fact that there's snow on the ground here. :ohwell: We have an indoor running track, but I can't afford the membership. So if I'm going to start, I'm going to have to do it outdoors!
Losing too much/plateau?
Hey everyone! I've been at this for about 3 weeks, and last week I lost 7-10 lbs, and this week I haven't weighed in yet but i know I've lost 10.5" overall, 4" off my hips. I'm astounded because I've never had success like this before. But it makes me wonder, am I losing it too fast? Do you think I'm going to pleateau soon?
