Trouble areas...

We all have them, those trouble areas that bother us the most. We hear all the time on the message boards how you can't spot reduce. However, you can tone and tighten specific areas! What is your trouble area(s) and what exercises do you do that seem to have made a difference?
Mine are my stomach... it is going down but not flattening/smoothing out:( I've tried all kinds of things but nothing consistant, I think that's my problem.
My thighs and butt... squats and lunges have worked wonders:):):)

My thighs, Hips, and Butt are my problem areas! I am a pear shape My shoulders are broad though, so it appears I have an hourglass figure. Nevertheless, the fat around my lower half needs to go! A few years ago my butt was firm. BIG but firm. Compared to now, it having gotten softer and sagged just a tiny bit. The horror! I've got to lift it up, firm it, and lose inches too. Any tips????0
