Hi, I'm Hannah, and I'm 5'6 and have about 40 pounds to lose. Before the birth of my second child, I was a size 6 and very happy with my body. Now, I am at least 40 lbs overweight, and I've got to do something (my second child is 3 1/2 so the weight has been on for awhile too). I may not get back to where I was, but I can't stay here. I eat when I'm stressed, and that is like every day, so I am going to need all the encouragement I can get--esp through the holiday season. Does anyone have any strategies they want to share? I look forward to hearing responses, and getting to know you all!

Greetings. I'm 5' 5.5" (hope that half inch doesn't get me kicked out!) and aiming to go from my current 180 lbs down to 140/150ish. Since I passed 30, I haven't ever managed to get below 145, so I think those days are behind me.
I'm turning 43 this month, have a 12 (going on 16) year old daughter, and work full time. I'm just getting back on here, as logging food & exercise seems to be the only thing thats worked for me this past decade. My biggest challenge is keeping a handle on portion sizes, and trying to find time to fit in exercise.
Looking forward to some group motivation!0
