few more days,,, we can even talk hours now,,,,lol any thoughts you wanna share before we atart this??
i have one,,,

"dedication"
thats what i am doing with this, dedicating myself to ripped in 29.

started it before, didnt finish it, well now, i will do like winners do, not only start the race, but go THROUGH the finish line with a victory!!!!!

    i need to get ready!!! are you doing 29 days no break? i plan to do 5 days a week....no weigh in until the 29th.

    I think I'll be doing it every day, generally if I give myself a rest day it turns into two rest days, then three........
    we should take some 'before' photos/measurements today

    will go 6 days out of 7.
    weight in every monday,
    we should mesure inches and weights on day 1, and add this to our discussion board!!
