Phase 2 IP

I am starting phase 2 this next Monday. Kind of nervous. I hope I still loose, because I am far from my goal, but have to phase off due to a trip I will be taking in 3 weeks. I plan to start running in Phase 3 and Phase 4. I will be starting back on Phase 1 when I get back home. Do any of ya'll have any tips for me?

Phase 2 is not much different then Phase 1, or so I found. My weight loss slowed dramatically on 2. I was actually disappointed with Phase 2, some ways wish I'd gone to Phase 3 but I understand the thought process behind phasing off. Once you get back from your trip you can decide if you want to jump back in or not. I've opted to use alternatives at this point as the IP costs was getting a bit extreme.
