That uses those aerobic steps for Pendlay Rows and Deadlifts? I keep worrying I'm going to get a weird look for doing that, but the room where I do floor lifts in the gym doesn't have a ton of plates, and I want to be doing these from a dead stop, and with Pendlays I'm not up to 135, and with Deadlifts, my warm-up sets aren't all up to 135 either.

Nope! In fact, at the gym I go to there are a bunch of them stacked up by the power rack so I'm guessing there are other people out there too.0

I do my rows in the squat rack, as long as no one else is wanting to squat.... or curl :mad:0

I think you need to be very careful if you use a step. Anyone who uses them at my gym tends to tip forward and use their back. I stick to normal deadlift0

he's talking about balancing the bar on them. not standing on them.0 -
My gym has the big olymic weights that go all the way down to 10lbs, but I went with a friend over the weekend and we were about to use a step then realized the squat machine had a bar just about the right height for deads.0

Ha! Thanks. My deads apparently suck though. I never bleed on the bar.(But really, I posted a form check and I need to work on them).
