Until we start shredding!!
On a side note, I have the X Box and I bought the Biggest Loser Ultimate Challenge today, I really haven't used it this much because my husband steals all the games (lol) but I did notice that it basically told me I need to work on my upper body

I finally ordered ripped in 30 from amazon yesterday. And should be getting 30 day shred from my friend before the weekend.
So this day next week I will be totally ready for our 2 month challenge :drinker:
Anyone know how heavy the weights in 30 day shred are? I already have a set of small weights and not sure whether to use the smallest or medium ones.0 -
I did it for the first time yesterday,and realised how unfit I really am, and how weak my arms are! Hopefully If I keep it up ill get some where. atm im alternating the 30 day shred with Banish fat, boost metabolism, until the 1st, then ill try and do both.0

I am starting with 2 lb weights, that may be nothing to some of you 5lb lifters lol... but it's alot to me!0 -
tringle.. use the smallest weights you can for awhile. You will be suprised how
weak your sholders are in this video. You can always add more!

I have 1.1kg ones which are around 2.5lbs. And they're the smallest I can find. Plus I have a dodgy shoulder from an old injury that never healed. So all I can do is my best!!0 -
I can't wait, I've been avoiding doing the shred in my normal routine so I don't get tired of it, haven't done it for ages! Avoiding Ripped in 30 too. :happy:0

I started it today but will just keep going for the 30 now as I am sure it won't make much difference really.

I'm using 2 LB weights and I have 5 lb ankle weights (2.5 each ankle) that I am going to try to use - Im not sure if I will be able to keep those on for the cardio but we will see! LOL0

Is this where we put our first workout? Ok,I did Level 1/Day 1 of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred today for the month of February. This is my second time around of doing the 30 day shred. This video is special to me because this is the video that got me back into exercising again more and to video's and got me to be what they call a Jillian Junkie LOL :happy: .Have an awesome day everyone.0
