whaaaaaaaaa back up to where i was 2 weeks . grr. Kind of frustrating because my calorie deficit for the 7 days was 5000 calories. I burned 3000 calories through exercise.

*sigh* water weight? Hopefully I catch up for next week :) My Challenge goal is 169 lbs!

Still stuck at 146. I did check in last week but it didn't get logged for the group.
I'm starting not to believe this eating-back-the-exercise-calories stuff. And, yes I have read all the info about this on this site. I'm going to go back to my old way of doing things...eat 1500-1800 calories, and exercise daily. I don't think a calorie is a calorie is a calorie. Insulin response is highly important. If I eat back my calories, that food is affecting my blood sugar levels and insulin levels and is preventing me from losing more.

I don't drink it as soon as I get up, but I have a 3 cup water bottle that I use during the day and I drink a full one on my drive to work

1.8 seems like a lot to lose in one week, but we're going skiing next weekend so I'm hoping that will push me the last little bit towards my goal. Sunday is a day off from logging. It's the day after Jersey's social and they are having the wedding party over as a thank you.

My goal this week is to make the best choices ever in order to reach my goal of 155lbs!

    I will do this!!

Darn, weighing in at 137 this week - that's 0.5 lb gain! That means I'm back to 2 lb left to reach GW 135 by V-Day. That will be tough!

Guess I can't be too mad - I'm well aware that my choices were not the best & was lacking motivation to track.

 went for my "dunk test" today - 22.5 % body fat which is a great success given where I was 1 year ago (19 lbs heavier and 30% body fat... which kicked me into the obese category!) I must have bones made of lead because my "lean" mass was 106 lbs! Last year it was 108 lbs, carrying 17 lbs more fat. Often I run into other women my height (5'2") who have goals in the 100-110 range and it makes me feel like an elephant... but no, just a sturdy build :blushing:

Based on the results of the dunk test, my 130 lb final goal still seems to be realistic! I think my Easter goal will be 133-134 lbs, depending where I end up on V-Day.

    02/05: 187.4 (-2.2)
    02/12:
    VDay Goal: 182

Should realistically readjust my goal weight, but find myself just letting it be and waiting to see how this next week goes. On the plus side, I finally have my treadmill up and running (pun intended) and it's making a huge difference in my schedule! No more guilt about fitting time in while my dogs languish in their crate (after being crated all day for work!) It's also kicking my butt in the best way possible - best investment ever!

Goals for this final week: Drink all of my water, stay under calories all week, run three times and do 45+ minutes of other cardio the other days. Hey, it's the last week of the challenge, so it's all in!!

    Good luck!!
