I started my Sunday by doing levels 1 & 2 together! Burn of 474 cals...approx 72 minutes

Woohoo Im back, well sort of LOL. I did level 1 today was hoping to do both levels today but not long into the 2nd level maintenance man showed up for some repairs I had called about. So getting back on track this week0

Yes, I am so slack on this Shed and Shred. Sorry! I have not been feeling the video so honestly I haven't wanted to workout to it. I don't know why, maybe it's because it's longer than most that I have or the weather or whatever else excuse I can come up with, lol! I've failed miserably! You ladies are rockin' though!0

I wasn't able to get any more in last week. This week I will try to get 3-4 days in. I won't be doing any days of both levels, just level or another.0 -
