What type of weights do you use for 30DS, Ripped in 30, etc? I had been using 3lb (i know-sad) and just upped to 5lb. Is that good enough or should I work up to 8lb, then 10lbs?

Ready or not... NOT! :) I'm super incredibly sore from Amy Dixon's "Breathless Body" so am taking today as an "easy" day (walk on treadmill w/ an incline, I think) but will get S&S in tomorrow, thurs, and saturday this week. At least that's the plan!
I did my 2nd day of S&S today, and decided to do both Level 1 &2 together. Yesterday when I did just Level 1 (40 mins), I felt good, and actually didn't find it as hard as say, Ripped in 30. Today, doing both levels (80 mins), I found that by the end I was getting really tired. An hour and 20 minutes of Jillian's circuits…
