Week 6

Week 5
I started my Sunday by doing levels 1 & 2 together! Burn of 474 cals...approx 72 minutes Can u believe it's week 5 already? Make it a great week!
How many lbs are your weights?
What type of weights do you use for 30DS, Ripped in 30, etc? I had been using 3lb (i know-sad) and just upped to 5lb. Is that good enough or should I work up to 8lb, then 10lbs?

i did level 2 this morning. I'm going to do both levels again this week! Make it a great week!!
Which videos do you do the most?
Here are her videos in order of which is in highest rotation for me and my thoughts. What about you all? 30 day shred , ripped in 30, and extreme shed are pretty similar (the last one being a bit longer) are my favorites. NMTZ is great for days that I don't do cardio. It is really hard but I just do 25 minutes at a time.…

Week2
Ready or not... NOT! :) I'm super incredibly sore from Amy Dixon's "Breathless Body" so am taking today as an "easy" day (walk on treadmill w/ an incline, I think) but will get S&S in tomorrow, thurs, and saturday this week. At least that's the plan!
Day 2
I did my 2nd day of S&S today, and decided to do both Level 1 &2 together. Yesterday when I did just Level 1 (40 mins), I felt good, and actually didn't find it as hard as say, Ripped in 30. Today, doing both levels (80 mins), I found that by the end I was getting really tired. An hour and 20 minutes of Jillian's circuits…
Day 1
Did you get your first Shed and Shred workout done? I'm actually at work today?! Isn't it like a national holiday? Why am I here? So, I'll be getting mine in this afternoon. Have a great workout!
