I am not doing well with this challenge at all, this is a horrible month for me. So I have decided I will do what I can this month and continue into Feb much stronger. Don't know if anyone here is interested in doing this for a 2nd month?? I will regardless if anyone joins me but I know if I stop at the end of the month I will have no real results to show for it. Just simply too much on my plate this month and things should level off next month drastically. In the 16 days or so of this month since we started I have done a whopping 6 days counting today SMH. Not good at all. Plus I want to ask where is everyone?? We have 41 members and only around 5-6 of us posting!! I know a couple people never got their dvd or changed their mind but I wanted to rant/vent cause that's disappointing.0

so sorry....my work schedule has been all screwed up. luckily i go back to my normal hours next week so i can get back to my normal workout schedule i'm still here tho....maybe i'll be able to fit in a round tonight awesome job alternating those workouts you guys!!!0

I couldn't make it to my Zumba class last night because of a snow storm, so I did Shed & Shred Level 2 It was my first time doing that level...and I really liked it too! My arms are killing me today lol. I burned 472 cals per HRM0

Ok so I did Levels 1&2 together for the first time today...holy cow I thought I was going to die!!! I burned an amazing 755 cals!!! Thank you Jillian for that!! My body is going to hate me tomorrow lol0

I decided to switch things up a little bit and I did Jillian's No More Trouble Zones last night instead of Extreme Shed & Shred. Can't wait to do Extreme tomorrow night Bring on Week 4!!!0
