I did my 2nd day of S&S today, and decided to do both Level 1 &2 together. Yesterday when I did just Level 1 (40 mins), I felt good, and actually didn't find it as hard as say, Ripped in 30. Today, doing both levels (80 mins), I found that by the end I was getting really tired. An hour and 20 minutes of Jillian's circuits is A LOT. Also, my patience wore out around the halfway point, and boredom was setting in.
That said, I think I will alternate Levels, 3 days per week..Mon, Thurs & Sat. I will also be doing JM Killer Buns & Thighs on Tues, Yoga on Tues & Fri, Running on Sat & Sun, and completing the 100 Push Ups Challenge (once done the challenge I plan on keeping up with Push Ups 3 days per week. :noway:
How is everyone else finding Extreme Shed and Shred so far?

Whew! 80 minutes of Jillian and I may find a weight stuck in the TV. :laugh: I will start mine tomorrow, I hope! Girlfriend was making a copy for another friend (who is buying killer buns and thighs for me)!!! I can't wait to start, wish I would have tested it out before I pawned it off for a few days. It sounds like everyone is digging it thus far!0

I did the 2 levels together before Christmas and I was sweating buckets! Of course, the heat was turned up a little higher than needed to be. I did level 1 four times last week and I plan on doing it again 4 times this week. Next week, I'm going to do level 2 for our challenge0

Day 2 of Shed and Shred done just level one and also 35 minutes of elliptical. I could do both levels together however I am with you I would burn out too quickly with boredom so I am doing them individually so hopefully I can last a month.0

Hello all, I have a suggestion which I think would better suit everyone, I hope, so please take no offense.
We should stop doing the topics as day 1,2...... and either go with week 1, week 2 or do the whole one month or so as one topic. Not everyone is doing the workout in the same days and in the same order so I think it will start to get confusing on when and where to post. Plus not many of us are even posting anyway. The topic thread allows for easily 25 pages per topic and we didn't even go over to page 2 on either day. So to save on so many topics going up and less confusion make it simpler please.0 -

Monday I did 20 minutes of L1 (kept getting interrupted)
Yesterday I did the full level 1 with warm up & cool down & had a 300 calorie burn (per my HRM)
Today I am planning on full Level 1 again.. will report back how it went.

Did my day 2 yesterday Still lovin the workout the backs of my thighs are pretty sore....but in a good way not sure if i'll get it in tonight....we'll see Hope everyone's doing great!0

Did my first day of L1 yesterday and really enjoyed it. Different style than the others I've done. Going to do L2 today and give that one a shot! Good luck ladies!0

Tuesday - Level 1 - burn 300
Wednesday - break from S&S, did Zumba instead
Thursday - Level 1 - burn 340

Hi all!
Well, I did the workout every day this week (except Thursday - cardio day).
Each time I was able to do the workout better, and my calorie burn went up with each workout (yay!)
I LOVE this DVD !
Let's keep bringing it!
I weigh in Monday, so fingers crossed for big number on the scale!
