inches lost first 10 days

I wanted to let everyone know my success so far...i start L2D11 later today, but wanted to let it be known the weight and inches I have lost so far:
Bust- down 2 inches
waist-down 1.5 inches
L. arm-down 1 inch
L. thigh-down 0.5 inch
hips-down 1.5 inches
That's 6.5 total inches in 10 days:drinker:
I have also lost 2lbs :drinker:
I'm so Happy and Excited for the next 10 day check in...Good luck to everyone and I hope u all get amazing results:bigsmile:

i'm on D2L2 but i took my measurements a few days ago...
bust was down but I don't remember how much , I forgot to record it :blushing:
waist - down 1 inch
hips - down 1 inch
and on day D7L1 I had lost 2.4 lbs
not a bad 10 days!0 -

I just finished L1D9. I'll post my 10 day results on the morning of L2D1! Felt awesome after the D9 workout this evening. Really brilliant. I also have been increasing the weight on a few exercises, and I can do all of them all the way through with at least 3lbs!!0

I've just done level 1 day 9 and will also measure and post tomorrow. I do feel as though there is a difference.0

So, weight down 2lbs, waist, chest, arms and legs down 0.5 inch and hips down 1.5 inches. So 3.5inches which I am pretty happy with, in 10 days you can't complain really can you?!? I am so happy I took before pics (which I am too insecure to post) because looking in the mirror I see no difference but looking at an actual photo and being able to put them side by side I totally see a difference.
Roll on the next 10 days!!0 -

So measured myself this morning since I finished level 1 last night.
waist: -3.25"
hips: -1 inch"
Neck: i forgot to measure this, but I started at 13"
I could definitely SEE The change in my waist, but my hips a little less. My stomach is a little tighter though :-) Just what I wanted....now if only my legs would start melting. That is the most stubborn area!0 -

waist @ belly button -1"

scale up 2lbs (definitely some water retention going on)0 -

Upper Thighs: 25
Lower Thighs: 17.5
Arms: 13.5

Chest: 36
Breast: 40
Waist: 31.5
Hips: 40
Upper Thighs: 24.5
Lower Thighs: 17
Arms: 12.5
Inches lost: 6!0 -

Right i did day 10 level one today as i went for a 5k run yesterday instead.

Weight on the 17/01 - 167lbs
Day ten
H - 40
W - 31
S - 39.5 (belly button)
C - 32
B - 36
Lt - 24.5
Rt - 24.5
Weight 04/02 - 163.4lbs
So thats 3.6lbs and 2.5 inches total lost in 13 days.0 -
