Holy crap!
So I have started and stopped the 30 day shred plenty of times, but this time I'm sticking to it and almost done. I feel so much stronger and can do a real push up!!! Level 2 is crushing me with all the planks and pushup stuff so I took a look at L3. Did it this morning without using weights. It's harder on the cardio but I thought it was easier than L2 over all. 30 day shred NSV!
Hi I'm on Level 3 and I managed to do the travelling push ups properly today - both sets!!! I didn't manage to do any of the push ups properly through the other levels - I'm on day 4 of level 3. I'm so pleased with myself!
Day 20 results
During my 10 days of level 2 I gained but then lost 2.6 so , in reality I lost .4 lbs. i lost .25 inches off my neck 1 inch of my waist 1.25 inches off my hips my chest is measuring at 40 but, I am not sure what is was before Can't wait to see everyone else's results!
I have made some progress!!
I weighed myself yesterday and I have lost 2.5 pounds. I also lost 1 inch in my waist!! WOOHOO!
Stuck on Level 1
I've been doing 30DS since 1/18. I did skip 1 night... Tonight will be my 13th day on it. I'm doing very well but having a terrible time with the move where you slant your leg and raise your arms to your eyes. Should I just move on to Level 2?
Logging daily progress
I've just completed level two day one and it just about killed me, some moves weren't too bad but the plank twists at the end and the double jump rope are horrid.
