Hi I'm on Level 3 and I managed to do the travelling push ups properly today - both sets!!! I didn't manage to do any of the push ups properly through the other levels - I'm on day 4 of level 3. I'm so pleased with myself!
During my 10 days of level 2 I gained but then lost 2.6 so , in reality I lost .4 lbs. i lost .25 inches off my neck 1 inch of my waist 1.25 inches off my hips my chest is measuring at 40 but, I am not sure what is was before Can't wait to see everyone else's results!

I've been doing 30DS since 1/18. I did skip 1 night... Tonight will be my 13th day on it. I'm doing very well but having a terrible time with the move where you slant your leg and raise your arms to your eyes. Should I just move on to Level 2?
