Hey all my fellow Shredders!!!! Not sure anyone is still doing it but if so I hope you all are rocking it!

I justed wanted to say that I have been sticking with the freaking shred for 2 months and have been doing Level 3 since the beginning of Febuary. I can finally say that I finally got through that last part of Level 3 doing the Plank Raises with the Leg Lift and didnt crumble!!!!
My Core is finally strong enough! I would go through the whole routine; got the walking push ups down, Elevated/lowing planks and now finally this!!!!

Just had to share that with you all because this is my Second Round of doing the Shred and FINALLY I got through without falling to my knees. We can do it just keep pushing forward!!!

Happy Shredding all!!!

I'm still doing it a few days a week as an add on to my regular workouts. I"m sticking with L3 as I don't have to modify the exercises as much to protect my shoulder. I couldn't do L2, just too much on the pushups and plank moves. L3 gives me a good workout. I haven't done any 30DS since Sunday but will do L3 tomorrow and Saturday for sure. Depending on what other workout I do, I might do L3 twice each day. I'm putting a serious push on to drop my last 6 pounds to hit my target weight. My goal is to drop those 6 pounds in the next 3 weeks.
