Has anyone found that drinking a couple of crysal light singles has slowed weight loss in Atkins phase 1?

    Personally, I have not had problems with Crystal Light slowing my atkins phase 1 attempts. (or any other sugar free drink mix or sf soda)

    It really depends on your body... some people are very sensitive to it & others are not.

    I suggest starting Phase 1 w/o crystal light and then slowly introduce it after 2 weeks. That way there is no question. :smile:

    Yes, Crystal Lite slowed my weight loss.
    Michelob Ultra is low carb.
