I Did It!!!

My original plan was to do week 1 again this week. However, I was feeling a little cocky after I lost 2.5 pounds this week so I tried Day 1 of week 2 today and I DID IT!!!!!!

It was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I am so proud of myself. Just goes to show what you can do when you put your mind to it!!

Now, I looked ahead to Week 3 and that one scares me!!!! It moves up to 3 minutes of jogging....what happend to 2 and 2.5 minutes. We just jump from 1.5 to 3!!! What the what????!!!! LOL :huh:

We shall see what happens!!

    awesome, great to hear that you completed it without a hitch
    and i do understand the "cocky" part, i was meaning to go slow , go slow and then bumped up the last run to 6mph, just to see whether i could do it

    hang in there, week 3 would be easier than week 1, i bet
