Xtreme Upper body PLUS Recovery Lower Body DONE! The upper was great and I upped my weights to 8lbs on the biceps....man was that HARD! The lower body is killer! The second circuit is torture.

    good job upping the weights! i have to do both lowers today because i stwitched for upper the other day. needless to say i will be splitting them!
