I am definitely going to keep using the xtreme videos but I am still not decided if I will follow the challenge again or not....need to start training for the 5k and 10k so there may not be enough time every day to fit in a video.…

How is everyone doing with this round of the challenge so far? I have to say, I am feeling great. Used 10 lb weights in upper body xtreme and I even got through about 95% of recovery lower today! Kept pace with Chris the whole way.

so since i'm 2 weeks behind everyone else (since i had my first and worst flu ever!) i've been juggling around the workouts. so if my calculations are correct i should only be a week behind when the new cycle starts march 5th. then when some juggling there (and no body disasters!) i will finish on time! :drinker:
