Done, why am I doing this to myself?
Oh I know! To get RIPPED!
At least today I didn't get nauseas!
Meaning of Ripped:

You go, girl! I did day 5 today and I was able to hold the plank for all 30 seconds, which I could not do on day 1. AND, I'm not as sore. Now lets see how week 2 goes!0

WOW that's excellent! Well done! I've manged to do the plank! Hollow man is terrible! I can't hold it that long LOL!I can't decide which is worse "hollow man" or "running man"?0
