Anyone else in week 4? How do you find it? For me its much easier than week 3, I would love to know what's the difference on your HRM if you're using one compared to week 1, 2, 3 and 4. Week 4 for me doesn't seem like a lot of calories burned. Would really appreciated all answers, thanx!

I can't do the jumping up and down ones like high knees or butt kickers (or whatever they're called). And the one in Week 2 where you sit and lift your butt off the floor and push up into the table. Done on Wednesday, haven't done Ripped yesterday :( feel terrible about it, had a busy day today as well, really hope to squeeze it in tonight, or else I must start over I think, or won't it make a difference? This holiday made me lazy, I should really start to get myself back in routine :(
Just wondering how many of you are following her meal plan. She says that you can find it on her website. I have not even looked at it to be honest. Maybe I will do that soon.

Ok im a bit ahead of everyone else.. But I've just finished day 4 of week 2 amd my heart really wasn't in it tonight! MAybe due to it being nearly 10pm, but we had friends over and as soon as they're left I put my jillian DVD on! How is everyone finding ripped in 30 so far? I'm dreading week 3!
