Are there any exercises you just can't do?

I can't do the jumping up and down ones like high knees or butt kickers (or whatever they're called). And the one in Week 2 where you sit and lift your butt off the floor and push up into the table. My arms are too short and I can't get any lift off! And the other one that comes to mind is where you lift your head/shoulders and legs off the floor. I got nothin' there.
