DAY 1 FOR ME (2/5)

Ok, so today was day1 for me doing "Ripped in 30." I finished all 30 days of the shred yesterday, and loved it.

today's workout was fun. I am glad i did the shred first, though, because this week 1 compared to the "shred" week 1 is much more advanced. I kept up just fine today, probably coud've pushed harder, but i was waiting to see how challenging it would get..then it was over! :tongue:

So, i guess i'm a few days behind, but excited to be joining you all!
