Hi everyone, I am glad I found this group! I feel just like everyone on the group-seems to me like I am doing everything right or at least better than before (tracking food, exercising, etc) and VERY slowly going down. I thought it would be easier! I used to be able to loose 1.5 to 2 pounds a week on WW. I didn't want to go back and join and start figuring points. Calories in vs Calories burned is way easier to figure...just look at the label! I look forward to "talking" to all of you!

There is nothing easy anymore about losing weight!! I use to be able to lose whatever I wanted once I put my mind to it, but at 59, it's not so easy!!0

the perils of being in the 40's I remember being able to lose 10 in two weeks without trying, just by being active, but now if I can lose 5 lbs in a month it is a cause for celebrating....lol0
