So, how if everyone doing? Remember tonight to plan if you have Super Bowl Plans... we all want to lose 10 by Feb. 29th!! When you think about that food you want to eat, think about the reward you are going to give yourself at the end. I can already feel that massage...

Im not a football person but am going to lunch on the company dime and its my brothers birthday so dinner with family, but Im more thinking I get to see my boyfriend this coming weekend, expect big losses this week, I cant wait to see him0

Great great week - lost 4! Now - the weekend? Ugh. Many beverages with friends (but a sushi sensible dinner) and super bowl tonight. Well see how weigh in is Tuesday.0

I cheated a lot on the weekend.
Up a pound! So I'll watch what I eat all week and exercise more0 -
I have been going strong! I haven't really cheated much and been working my butt off! Today I was able to put on a pair of pants that I haven't been able to wear in about 2 years. I am so happy! So far, since our inicial weigh in the last week in January, I am down 6 lbs.0
