So who made the 10??
I didn't make the 10 pounds off in February, but I DID take 8 off in February and I have gotten where I get up every morning to exercise at 5:00 SO I still feel very successful!! I was able to wear a smaller size shirt I bought yesterday and am very pleased with my outcome! I hope to shoot for another 8 off in March!!

Just opening a page for our February Challenge to lose 10 pounds!! I am working hard at getting there... How is everyone else doing? I started this at 263 and I'm down to 258...half way there!!
Well here we go... let's post 1st week here...

I find myself getting stuck in a rut eating the same foods and could use some new ideas. Dave Ramsey says that a goal without a plan is just a wish (that is my rough paraphrase anyway). So, what is your plan to lose the 10 pounds this month? Break it down into weekly segments that you can accomplish. I plan to run 3 times this week, strength train at least 3 times. Overall I want to run 50 miles and strength…

My weigh in today was 263.4 pounds. I should be 253.4 by Feb. 29th. When I get there, I will be rewarding myself with a one hour massage from my favorite therapist!! What are you going to reward yourself with???
