Hi Everyone!! So glad I found this group!! I started the shred on Feb. 1st so this is my day 3 of level 1. Im making myself do the whole 30 days this time along with my low carb diet and daily walks Im hoping to lose at least 10 lbs this month... I am currently 9lbs shy of being in a heatlhy BMI range so Im determined to get this done!! I plan to do 5 days on, 2 days off but God help me!! My calves are currently burning like hell and my ab muscles hurt so good!! I took pics and measurements also and cant wait to share along the way, I plan to do a check in after 10 days of each level... Whats everyone elses plan?

I also started the shred on Feb.1st. I finished day 3 level 1 this morning, phewww, sore but totally worth it! I want to lose AT LEAST 10 pounds! I go to the gym daily minus Sundays and maintain a 1200-1500 calorie diet. (some days I go over but they say you are supposed to, to stay out of starvation mode?) My first goal is to lose 10 pounds. All together I would like to lose 30 pounds. Can't wait to see results!!! 27 more days!0

I would be on day 3 today but might do a double and make up for yesterday. Needless to say I am sore lol0

I feel like the 3rd day was the hardest so far (this is my 1st attempt at it). That's when your muscles really start to feel the work! I'm feeling a little guilty cause we had a curry-wurst festival in my little town in Germany and I knoooow I blew my 1200 calorie limit for the day! But we walked all over the place today and I'm getting ready to do the 4th day in a minute. I want to lose 8 to 10 pounds this month as a result of my lifestyle change. Plus I am adding walking/running 3 miles 5 days a week to try to get more out of this. Good luck to us all!0

Hi all,
This is my second round of 30 DS. I successfully completed it in 33 days in December/Beginning of January 2012 and lost some major inches especially from my waist and tummy! I did it in combination with cardio 30 minutes, 4 -5 days a week. I started round 2 end of January and I completed day 8 of level 1 today. This time, I increased my weights to 5 pounds (I did it with 3 pounds last round), and I hope I can stick with it till the end this time too.
Good luck to everyone.0 -
I'm on day 12. I kicked it up to level 2 yesterday. I had done this once before. When I started level 1, I thought it wasn't nearly as bad as the first time I did it, so I had high hopes for level 2. It was definitely easier than the first time, but it still kicked my butt! Not looking forward to level 3 at this point, but I'm sure levelm2 will start to get easier as I continue to do it.0

Day4 finished! Does anyone eat back their exercis the calories? I do the elliptical and the shred everyday except i dont do the elliptical on Sundays and i eat back my elliptical calories but not the shred. Am I doing the wrong thing? I dont understand why we should eat back calories we burn?0

I took the weekend off, mainly because i've had a headache the last two days, I go to bed withone and wake up with one.
Monday is day four for me, Level 10 -
Completed day 10, level 1, starting level 2 tomorrow.:happy:0

I eat back some, not all of my calories too. I think the reason for it is if you are exercising like crazy and don't eat enough calories, your body will slow down its metabolism. Sounds odd, I know. Its like a self-defense mechanism.0

The Super Bowl really threw me off yesterday. Getting back on track today. This is day 14 for me. I'm on level 2 and can't wait to burn some of those extra calories I ate yesterday!0

Did day 3 of level 1 today. It seemed harder today because I am pretty sore. I really don't want to take a day off, hoping to suck it up again tomorrow! !0

Day 7 Level 1 down. It is getting so much easier. It is amazing to see how much you can improve in such a short time. 3 more days and I'm on to level 2 and I cant wait ! The workout is still tiring but cardio is getting a lot easier. I can't wait until the 30 days are complete and see results! Yay!!! : )0
