This weeks challenge is simple. I want each of us to make a list of things we want to accomplish by changing our lifestyles. Almost like a bucket list for weight loss (or gain!) and getting in shape.

So post your list here. I'll sticky this at the end of the week and then we can all come back whenever we wish and post when we accomplish them or add new ones that may come to us!

Awesome goals! Have you tried out the couch to 5 k program? Works great for a lot of people.

I've had every intention to on multiple occasions. I think I actually did the first 2 days once. Its always lingering in the back of my mind to do, but the impact on my knees right now would be too much.

I weighed in this morning....and I am 116.4. UP...one pound and four ounces. I was at weight goal 115.0...sooo MFP set my calories to 1400. I never reached it with eating so many more fruits, veggies, and fish...but beause I have been exercising with Jillian's 30 Day Shred and doing Zumba. I was reading a lot about eating my allotted calories, and I knew I needed to feed my muscles (I think that is the term). Lo and Behold, since Sunday's are weigh in day, I wasn't surprised that I gained a pound (and 4 oz). I think it may be (and hopefully) that muscle weighs more that fat...hehehe. Soo I reset my weight goal to lose 1/2 pound per week. I want to stabilize my weight, and lose stubborn fat, but don't want to begin the Yo Yo of gaining to the top of my weight again. Thanks, Sarah and All for having this site so I can keep a journal of my HEALTHY weight loss, exercising, and weight stabilization.

Good for you Debi! I'm so glad you are not letting this get you discouraged! Our bodies are going through a LOT of changes right now and adjusting the program to suit your own body can be a challenge I'm sure.
Keep at it lady! I know you'll get the results you deserve!

Thanks, Sherri...you made my day with your encouragement. I logged my breakfast today, and realized I never logged the Olive Oil I always used. WOW...Even though it is GOOD Oil...it is HIGH in calories AND Fat grams. hehehe...I hear an Olive Oil spray is out there. I will look for it on the grocery shelves. Also, I will be more diligent NOT to eat frozen 'health' meals I buy at Costco! Eating FRESH for two weeks should get me back down. Again...THX Sherri!!

No problem! I'm also discovering that seasonings help me cut down on my butter/oil usage.
