I guess I won week 5. I'm sad that there weren't many people that participated.
I'd like to see a LOT more participation in the challenges. It's much more fun that way!
This weeks challenge is to stay under 2000 on SODIUM!
I know this is hard, because sodium is in EVERYTHING.
But that's what makes it a challenge!

My elliptical doesn't calculate mileage, that's why I didn't participate last week, but I definitely will be participating this week! Sodium is a tough one for me.0

Yesterday's, I went over YET AGAIN. I have nothing to blame buy myself, but how about I just blame it on the soup I ate at a restaurant? That sounds good. Haha. I've already gone over (although not nearly as bad as the last two days) thus far today. I think this is going to be a terrible challenge for me....truly.0

Yep, went over yesterday again, and today isn't looking great, either. I pretty much fail at this week's challenge.0

I dunno how much sodium I had today, but I had chilli, and I just quick added the calories... so I'd say WELL over the limit... haha. My bad. Totally worth everybite!0
