Motivation

I want to start jogging again. I like this program and know that no matter how many miles I used to jog and run so 20 years ago, I have to start all over. No I am 50 and 340 lbs... It is so hard to motivatee myself to just get out and get started. Tried before Christmas and was doing OK but stopped over the holidays. Now I just don't seem to have the motivation. Ugh!

    Hey there! You can definitely do this! When I started C25K, I couldn't run for even 60 seconds at a stretch, but I worked my way through the program and now I can run for 30-40 minutes non-stop. If you follow the program (even repeating weeks if you need to, which many of us do), you (YOU!) will (WILL!) be running again!

    Just keep your eye on where you're going, in every sense of the word! :)

    Actually felling pretty Good. Started training for a 3K, up to 2miles. Supplemented my diet with Total Lean Lean Shake and Amp Vitamin pack from GNC. and drinking 8 to 14 Once's of Vegetable juice a Day.. Any other helpful advice or Ideas are welcome
