replacement move for rock star?

I have 3 young children - a 2 year old son and 6 month old twins. Although I faithfully did my kegel exercises when I was pregnant (and still randomly do them), the muscles never fully recovered. There are some jump moves that I can't do or I will "leak" - and not a little bit. So I have created my own modified versions of some of these moves. For example, instead of regular jumping jacks (kicking legs sideways), I kick forward when I jump. I am completely unable to do the rock star jump. Any ideas for a replacement move? I have been doing my modified jumping jacks, but I know that it is much easier than the rock star jump and I want to do something with similar intensity.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Hahahaha... I tried to go in the bounce house with the kids when I was 3 or 4 months postpartum. Bad idea! Two years down the road I can sneeze most of the time without any problem and I haven't come across any problems doing this workout. Hopefully time will repair things for you too.
Sorry to laugh, I just know so well where you are coming from.
But I can't say I have any suggestions that are "biometric"... Maybe more mountain climbers?0 -
I have the same problem with some of the moves, realistically any of the other cardio moves would be an ok replacement, maybe butt kicks since they go backwards too (ps thank you, this thread reminded me to do my kegels!)0

I'm not a fan of mountain climbers. Actually I like doing them the first time. But I'm exhausted and very happy when they are done. I will try butt kicks - you are right similar direction of moves. And I hope that if I keep doing my kegels, the muscles will get stronger and this issue will go away.0
