Are you feeling neck pain during your workout?

You shouldn't be moving your neck at all, you chin should not touch your chest and you should have your neck back looking at the ceiling. Another move that some of you said you are having trouble with is the side plank when you twist your bottom leg under.....I thought of a new move you could do instead: in a plank position you take turns tucking opposite knees under the opposite leg; its still a good move (I think) just not so much strain on your arm.
If anyone else has suggestions about any of the exercises please share them!
Thanks!

Yes, I definetly have the pain in my wrist when I'm doing the side planks tucks. I modified it yesterday to just hold it as long as they are doing their sets. It works for me, but I'll try what you recommended too!0
