Hi All,
Well at least there is a small smile on my face, what a humendous struggle since Monday though to make sure I lost weight for this morning! Why can't they do away with weekends? I put on 3 or 4 pounds every weekend and then have to exercise and starve like mad to make sure I don't finish with egg on my face on a Friday morning? Ha-Ha!
Starting weight: 192lb from 3 weeks ago when I returned to MFP after 3 months away, down 1/2 a stone so quite pleased!
Goal weight: 182.0 lbs

Well I've not been too good this week, so its to be expected but for some reason it still annoys me!! I'm out tonight and tomorrow so that won't be good either, but as of Monday I am back on it with a strong and possitive mind and I'm going to dd some exercise! Roll on the 17th!0 -
