HI all
Joined a couple of days ago and this group is definately for me , i turned 30 a few weeks ago and decided im sick of been the fattie with a nice personality !!! I want to loose at least 100lbs and any advice would be great , im only on day 2 so got a long road ahead , anyone add me thanks

I just turned 50 a couple days ago and I too am sick of being a fattie. I just joined MFP and so don't have much advice yet except one day at a time will get us to our goal. :laugh:0 -
So far, the best advice I have is to track *everything*. When I stopped recording everything because I was at a point where I thought I had a handle on how much I could and couldn't eat, my scale stopped going down. I started recording everthing again and lost 4 more pounds. So here I am!0
