Which exercise set do you HATE and LOVE?

On Level 1. For me...
For strength I hate the squat and lift weight up and the side squat with weights!
I love chest fly!!!!
For abs I hate the lift your butt up for bottom belly.
I love the side crunches.
For cardio I hate the jump rope.
I love the butt kicks! I used to hate this, but I think I like it better than the others.

Level 1 for me also. I don't like pushups. I am on day 4 today and I did 15 regular pushups first round and had to go to knees for five more. But the second round I could only push out eight regular and then it was to the knees. I consider myself an intermediate to low advanced but this is a good work out. I feel so good afterwards even though there are those exercises that I hate to love but I love the way they will make me look. Looking so forwad to my 30 day results. I can feel my body changing.
I too am not crazy about the side lunge with the front dumbell raise but it's getting better. I have been able to do 10lbs on some like the chest fly and the bicep curl and the dumbell row. I hope to move to 15lbs on the chest fly by the 10th day. We'll see about the dumbell row but don't think it's gonna happen on the bicep curl or the front dumbell raise.
Not sore like everyone else have been but I also have done Supreme 90 Day and that is a workout that my muscles were sore by the end of the day and sometimes two days after. So even though this is not as advanced as Supreme 90 Day (cheaper than P90X), it is still challenging and I love that it's only 20 minutes. I don't have to rush through it or rush to get ready for work.

I hate hate hate the lateral shoulder raises with side lunges. They kill me - it's a struggle to finish the second set and sometimes I just can't.
I love the ab workouts the most - they're the easiest!0 -
On level 2 and I hate the walk out pushups and the squat thrusts... I think that's what they're called lol

level too also hate the squat thrusts and the 'martial' something move.. (keep leg raised but do a leg extension ick while lifting weights from shoulder to celing) shoulders kill!!! love the ab stuff one minute but works!!0

I also hate the push-ups. I can't do full ones, not sure I ever will be able to, as my wrists kill, but only done it 3 times so maybe...
I also hate the side lunge with front raises (or whatever its called)
The chest fly is great, and weirdly I quite like jumping jacks, mainly I think because with a previous trainer I would always opt for those rather than the dreaded burpees (eugh!) or mountain climbers...

Side planks..I have no balance..and I don't work out with shoes..so I can't hold the pose.
I love working my ABS..most hate it but I like it I have strong core
Hate the side lounge...one of my knees fells really sore and hurts as i bend.
I think I'm ready for level 2 because its not so hard level 1now.0
