Week 1 Day 5

Today Will be my 5th Day of doing ripped in 30.
Do you count your rest Day as a Day of the ripped.
Also do you do 7 whole days of each week. Like i started week 1 on monday but had thursday off so i would have only done 5day working out with the ripped, so would you go up the next week once you have completed workout day 7 of week 1.

  • i dont think it matters too much. I, personally, wouldn't count a day off as a day...i'd just count the actual days i did it. But, if you choose to count it, i dont think it's a problem.

    No i don't want to count my rest days i didn't with the shred.

    I was wondering the same thing. I am also going with 30 days of working out not including rest days.

    I did it for 6 days. Now I'm taking two days off and starting up week 2 on Sunday.

    They say to at least take 1 day off, and do the program for 5-6 days straight depending on your preference. At least that was my understanding from her explanation.

    I noticed by the end of the week i feel the need to supplement my work outs. It kinda gets easy around day 4-5.
