Finished Ripped in 30 today! Going to start it again on Monday. Happy St. Patricks Day everyone.
Completed week 4 day 5. Only one more day. I plan to restart on Monday and I'm going to *try* to be better about the food I eat. I've been working out routinely but eating like crap. Vacation was awesome but not so much for my better eating habits.

I am back from vacation! I did level 4 day 2 today after a 4 day hiatus. Whoopsee. I tried working out while on vacation but with limited space it was just too dificult not doing it in my usual setting. Oh well. Going to finish this up and start over on level 1. Hopefully my husband will join me this time around.
I think most of us are starting to near the end of Ripped in 30. I have started to think about what I am going to try next. I thought about doing Jillian's No More Trouble Zones. Completed week 3 today. Rest day tomorrow and on to level 4 on Thursday.
Week 3 Day 5 down. One more day of this level. I am leaving on vacation tomorrow after work. I'm bringing the DVD with me and hope to work out everyday but will just have to see how it goes. Will start week four on Thursday!
