Completed week 3 today. Rest day tomorrow and on to level 4 on Thursday.

    I took a break from doing my 6pack/6weeks workout and tried level 3 again...it was much better than trying it right after doing a 6pack workout. I really like level 3, my muscles are burning! (I've been alternating between Ripped and 6pack workouts).

    So I fell off the wagon and started back with RI30 yesterday. I have only been able to complete 7 days of the week one program over the past two weeks. I think I will do one more day of Week 1 tomorrow and move on to week 2. Wasn't a boredom thing as I really like this DVD so far....just a loss of motivation for some reason. I am back on track and hope that I will continue to do so. Adding some walking in as well.
