Day late - so sorry! I was out of town.
Sunday 1-29-12: 176.2
Monday 2-6-12: 173.8
7 days drinking my water: 1
7 days eating fruits/veggies: 1
7 days logging food/exercise: 1
2.4 lb loss: 3
120 minutes minimum of exercise: 12
For a total of 18. Did I do that right?0 -

Sorry All...I got sidetracked with travel, and even lost sight of our 'competition'. I stayed true 'one' rule (i.e. logging food everyday), but have not exercised regularly being on travel the last two weeks...though I did a LOT of walking, push ups and lunges to 'move' my body. I started a way of life call "Intermittent Fasting" "IF"...not for everyone, but that is when the pounds melted. My goal is body fat loss, not weight loss...but in the interim, I guess weight loss is inevitable...but body fat loss is the great result!0 -
