Not go back to running the intervals? I just couldn't bring myself to go back to running 5 and 8 minute intervals when I knew I could go for 20. So today I just skipped straight to the last day of week 6 and ran for 25 mins! It felt great!

I fell the same way. I completed week5day3 last Thursday and also jogged thru the cool down period and then did it again on Friday. Sunday I struggled, but it was really cold. I am not sure what to do today. I am not excited about going back to the intervals again either. It seems harder to get into a good pace when you have to stop and walk. I think I might put my app on week6day1 and keep jogging thru the walking time, but have the walk time there if I need it.0
