Just tried this yesterday & it is deelish! Here's how I fixed it: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
a. Rinse asparagus spears off & pat dry with paper towel so they don't steam.
b. Cut off about 1/2 - 1" from the bottom of stalk.
c. Place spears on cookie sheet & spray with veggie oil or drizzle with olive oil.
d. Season with Mrs. Dash, salt & pepper (That seems like a contradiction but I need my salt for some flavor)
e. Grab each end of cookie sheet & gently shake back & forth to coat spears all over.
f. Place in oven for 10 mins. & shake again.
g. Check for brownness & see if fork-tender. If not, bake another 5 mins.
